- Inputting license agreement information and amendments onto the worldwide database.
- Ensuring license deal requests are accurate and complete.
- Obtaining and chasing approvals for license deal requests from relevant in-house staff and third parties.
- Performing conflict checks in database for license deal requests.
- Typing, sending and chasing the signature of standard license agreements.
- Drafting and typing amendments to license agreement
- Supplying database information to colleagues and agents in the EMEA region and dealing with their routine contractual queries.
- Following up with colleagues and agents in the EMEA region on the progress of completion of license agreements and amendments.
- Working closely with fellow Contracts Administrators on prioritising and distributing workload.
- Keeping digital filing system for deal requests, agreements and relevant correspondence.
- Training of colleagues and agents in the EMEA region on contracts administration related systems, processes, procedures and requirements.
- Assisting Manager Contract Administration with the development and implementation of new contracts administration systems, processes and procedures as required.
- Assisting lawyers in the WBDCP EMEA Legal department with ad hoc paralegal tasks as required
- Any other tasks or duties required.
- Experience with database entry and standard document typing essential.
- Experience with administrative procedures required.
- Proven admin experience in a legal and/or international environment is an advantage.
- Full working knowledge of Word and Excel, good typing skills.
- Accurate with ability to pay close attention to detail including proof reading.
- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
- Able to function effectively under pressure and in a busy commercial environment.
- Mature and professional approach, able to handle a large workload.
- Able to work independently as well as a part of a small team.
- Able to communicate with people of all levels, cultures and nationalities.
- Good customer service skills.
- Working level knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish or German language would be beneficial.

Warner Bros. Discovery Consumer Products licenses the use of Warner Bros. Discovery owned or controlled characters, films and other properties by third parties for use in merchandise and promotional activity. The Warner Bros. Discovery Consumer Products EMEA, Legal Department is responsible for providing all legal and contract administration support to the Warner Bros. Discovery Consumer Products business for the entire region.
Your New Role...
The Contract Administrator will be supporting the Warner Bros. Discovery Consumer Products EMEA business by managing the approval process for proposed license agreements, inputting deal terms into WBDCP’s contracts database, preparing conflict checks, drafting contracts and amendments, distributing documents for signature and managing the physical and digital archiving of documentation.
