      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect with prospective patients virtually to review their lab results and provide clarity on their care plans
      - Lead, coach, and mentor patients with chronic illnesses through a life-changing clinical model
      - Clearly explain the recommended action plan to patients
      - Present various payment options to assist patients in making informed decisions
      - Ensure a supportive and empathetic experience for patients as they navigate their health journey

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
      - Ability to explain payment options in simple and encouraging terms
      - Background in sales, case management in a healthcare setting, new patient enrollment, or customer service is a plus
      - Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a sales or healthcare-related role
      - Proven track record of mentoring or coaching individuals
      - Familiarity with payment options and financial planning for healthcare services
