      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field admissions inquiries and serve as the primary contact for families seeking care
      - Collect and document relevant data into the employer's proprietary EMR software in a timely manner
      - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure patients meet admissions criteria and monitor medical records
      - Build and maintain relationships with referring providers to foster collaboration
      - Ensure HIPAA compliance while managing sensitive personal health information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in mental health admissions or a sales-related role
      - Degree in psychology, business administration, or other health-related fields preferred
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
      - Key analytical abilities to collect, analyze, and utilize admissions data for improvement
      - Excellent organizational awareness, adaptability, and conflict management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
      - Passion for the mission and values of the employer
      - Demonstrated experience in a healthcare-related environment
