      Are you working in an campaign/orchestration related role, passionate about technology, and excited by exploring and experimenting with the latest techniques to improve business outcomes in areas like sales, service & marketing?       What is the role?

      Your focus will be to work on our Adobe Journey Optimiser Platform team, an exciting and fast-growing business within MarTech! You will also articulate a compelling vision to scale our business using CDP across all products.

      What will I do?

      • Lead transition from Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
      • Design and implementation of new capabilities and enhancements within our AJO environment
      • Build real-time triggered as well as batch consumer journeys integrating with AEP, Adobe’s Experience Cloud ecosystem, and 3rd party destinations including social, mobile, Google, and other Ad Tech capabilities
      • Coordinate with the business and marketing channels to enable them in building AJO journeys to deliver on personalised experience and campaigns
      • Curating and implementing extensive test plans (A/B and multivariate), creating queries to validate segment suitability whilst continuously pursuing enhancements for our CX
      • Working with the analytics team to determine metrics and tracking to understand campaign effectiveness and report on insights and propose optimisations for the business to consider
      • Implementing Campaign API’s and integrations with the full Adobe Stack
      • Collaborating with UX Designers, Adobe Architects and Developers on best practices and issues to be able to develop first time right solutions
      • Understand the importance of an optimal and personalized customer experience in an omnichannel environment to evolve towards complete digital ecosystems
      • Accomplished in delivering code enhancements by writing Java Script,
        XML and HTML codes
      • Providing training to other internal teams on how to utilise campaign platforms

      Is this for me?

      • 4 to 5 years' experience of Adobe Journey Optimiser or in Adobe Campaign Lifecycle
      • Hands-on experience including optimisation and configuration with an ability to build high quality inbound and outbound flows
      • Enabling data source integrations and automation processes within Adobe Campaign Manager
      • Experience of the end to end Adobe Journey Optimiser Lifecycle and next best action
      • AEM Certifications highly desirable
      • You will utilise your technical knowledge to tailor and build use cases using Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
      • Communicate sophisticated, technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders
      • Develop standardised and best-practice solutions for campaigns and data integration
      • Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by knowing the latest Adobe digital experience technologies and solutions through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-learning
      • Experience on wider Adobe Experience Cloud Stack and full strategy including; AEM, AEP, Target and Experience Analytics
      • Worked on a large-scale change project
