      Infosys is seeking an Adobe Lead Consultant . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

      Responsibilities

      · Provide subject matter expertise to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients

      · Work with the project management to develop the overall implementation solution plan and serve as a lead, as required, overseeing aspects of the project life cycle, from the initial kickoff through the requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for projects within solution area

      · Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies

      · Work with business and technology client representatives to gather functional and technical requirements

      · Create API and ETL designs

      · Participate in client facing meetings and documenting key decisions and action items

      · Serve as a lead of an integration and/or data architecture team

      · Keep informed of the latest technology trends and innovations especially in the areas of data integration, master data management, data management platforms, marketing automation, marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social media

      · Experience in designing XDM schemas for batch and streaming datasets, configure Source and Destination connectors, build Segments and queries

      · Experience in guiding team or doing POC of profile identity stitching and applying data governance and security policies in regulated industry like Financial Services or Insurance.

      · Integrate AEP and its application solutions i.e. Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to drive the users cases.

      · Evaluate new product features, conduct POC’s and help evaluate how they can be used to drive Use cases.

      · Design and architect solutions leveraging the AI capabilities of AEP using Data Science workspace, Attribution AI and Customer AI.

      · Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable Prudential standards

      · Research problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions to the problems

      · Ensure that software standards and quality targets are met

      This position is located in Cary, NC. This position may require 10% travel.

      Required

      - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

      · 7+ years of hands on experience with marketing data

      · A minimum of 1+ year experience with real-time integration via web services, ideally via SnapLogic, Mulesoft, Apigee, Talend, or Informatica Cloud

      · 5+ years of hands on SQL experience

      · Experience with Technologies and Processes for Marketing, Personalization, and Data Orchestration such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot/ExactTargte), Marketo, Unica Interact, Kobie, and Brierley, Rich Relevance

      · Experience with Customer Data Platforms and MDM such as Reltio, Redpoint Global, Lytics, Segment, Evergage or ActionIQ

      · Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands on experience on RTCDP and one or more key modules of CJA, AJO and Intelligence Services (Data Science, Customer AI, Attribution AI)

      · Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes.

      · Possess excellent software architecture, design and problem-solving skills

      · Experience with agile development methodologies and TDD.

      · Knowledge of platforms AWS/Salesforce CRM and Marketo.

      · Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions for the cloud.

      · Experience with loading data in and out of CDP from Data Lake/Salesforce and marketing orchestration systems.

      · 3+ years’ experience with Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDP

      · Extremely proficient in using Postman API platform and one of the IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ or Microsoft Visual Studio

      · Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins is highly desirable

      · Experience with monitoring and logging techniques and tools such as CloudWatch, Nagios, Splunk and Dynatrace etc.,

      · Adobe Certified Expert would be a huge plus.

      Preferred

      · Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation

      · Experience in online ad serving or site serving platforms

      · Experience with technologies and processes for content management systems, digital asset management software, web content management

      · Experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies

      · Experience with marketing customer data models

      · Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation

      The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
