What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients in payroll processing and related activities on ADP Vantage and Smart Compliance platforms
- Document standard payroll processes and identify areas of improvement
- Resolve issues with taxes and provide guidance on tax setups and procedures
- Share best practices and knowledge around tax impacts on general ledger
- Collaborate with relevant agencies to resolve issues and errors on behalf of clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ADP Vantage and ADP Smart Compliance
- Deep knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes
- Experience working with ADP Vantage and payroll processing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong business acumen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ADP Vantage and ADP Smart Compliance
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and tax regulations
