      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Assist in the transition from current PEO to ADP TotalSource
      - Help project manage the overall project
      - Attend ADP calls and status calls
      - Assist with data verification/validation and dual maintenance
      - Provide configuration support with accruals and other company-specific needs
      - Support HR team with benefits/benefits tech questions

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Experience in payroll implementation or related field
      - Strong project management skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Knowledge of ADP TotalSource or similar payroll systems
      - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience working in a professional services firm
      - Familiarity with global payroll and human capital management
      - Previous experience with organizational change management
      - Knowledge of enterprise service management
      - Program and project management experience
