What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in up to 30 hours of Universal Access Testing (UAT) for client projects
- Prepare for testing by reviewing project timelines and supporting clients in maintaining target dates
- Collaborate with clients on testing Pay Policies, Accruals Policies, Time Off Request Policies, and User Profiles
- Consolidate and report issues from UAT testing to the ADP Implementation Consultant
- Work primarily within the Eastern Time Zone
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in consulting or project management
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management systems and processes
- Strong analytical skills to identify and consolidate issues during testing
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ADP software or similar payroll systems
- Previous involvement in user acceptance testing or similar testing methodologies
- Knowledge of Pay Policies, Accruals Policies, and Time Off Request Policies
- Background in Organizational Change Management or related fields
