      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare for and conduct UAT testing, including reviewing project timelines and supporting clients in maintaining target dates
      - Collaborate with clients on testing Pay Policies, Accruals Policies, Time Off Request Policies, and User Profiles
      - Consolidate and communicate issues arising from UAT testing to the ADP Implementation Consultant
      - Facilitate Manager Training courses tailored to the Client's Workforce Manager system
      - Manage time effectively while adhering to the Central Time Zone working hours

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in UAT testing and training facilitation
      - Strong understanding of pay policies, accruals policies, and time-off request policies
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members
      - Availability to work within the Central Time Zone

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in professional services or consulting environments
      - Familiarity with ADP systems and implementation processes
      - Previous experience in Human Capital Management or related fields
      - Proficiency in facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences
