      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee on-site management of adult basketball league activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for teams, referees, and league staff on game days
      - Handle game-day operations, including scorekeeping and facility management
      - Address and resolve conflicts that may arise during games
      - Ensure adherence to basketball rules and league regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sports management, recreation, or a related field is preferred
      - Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds and stand for extended periods
      - Strong knowledge of basketball rules and gameplay
      - Must be reliable, punctual, and highly organized
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
      - Previous experience in conflict resolution within a sports setting
