      Education/Qualifications/Training

      Essential

      • Good general educational qualifications including English & Maths at GCSE grade C or above or equivalent
      • Significant equivalent relevant experience in community mental health setting together with relevant short courses and willingness to undertake required level 5 healthcare qualification
      • IT literate

      Desirable

      • Degree in relevant health science (eg Psychology or equivalent.) ORFoundation Degree Health and Social Science

      Continuous Professional Development

      Essential

      • Commitment to undertake further required training, professional development and self-improvement to support patient care and experience. (Level of training required will be dependent on existing level of qualifications and competency)

      Previous Experience

      Essential

      • Robust and relevant experience within healthcare settings

      Desirable

      • Experience working within mental health settings

      • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing at all levels including with patients, carers and MDT members/Trust employees
