Enable simple, efficient, & effective execution of population health solutions
Drive scalability and acceleration of advanced customer engagements
Evolve brand & disease state approach
Accelerate and optimize health system engagement via account-based marketing to drive incremental value for the customer, Pfizer, and the patient
Work with the IAT and Health System customers to provide patient driven solutions that support mutually aligned goals for the customer and Pfizer
Work with the IAT and the customer in developing an optimal plan for effectively implementing, communicating and improving patient care that is aligned to appropriate goals and KPIs and customers capabilities
Ensure progress toward customer goals is monitored and plans are adjusted accordingly to ensure impact is established and sustained
Core insight generation for the Region that informs strategy and optimizes execution and customer engagement
Sharing of best practices across the region on the use of Brand and ACE resources that appropriately advances and accelerates customer initiatives
Lead, develop and implement the Plan of Action (POA) in partnership with the brand and the KAM Regional Director (RD) in line with KAM Platform Goals and KPIs.

BA/BS Degree
10+ years pharmaceutical experience
Core marketing capabilities to design marketing strategies and tactics to maximize local opportunities
Prior local and/or in-line marketing experience with strong history of achievement & performance
Customer engagement experience or Customer-facing experience
Advanced Market experience with Health System/MG/IDN Sales, Account Management, and / or Payer channels etc.
Proven ability to develop insights, strategy, operational and tactical plans
Cross functional / matrix team navigation and management
Strong persuasive interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

- Field based position within boundaries of Mid-Atlantic Region (PA, WV, MD, DE, VA, NC, SC, District of Columbia DC)
- Significant Travel required, up to 50%+ (for field coaching, customer engagements, and meetings). This must be achievable from the ACE-D Mid-Atlantic Region role home location within reasonable time and cost; for COVID WFH period, participating in virtual calls with customers will take the place of fact to face time in field.
- Preference is for the candidate to reside within the Eastern and/or Central Region Time Zone or have easy access to a major airport.

Role Summary:
The Advanced Customer Engagement Director (ACED) is a Customer-Facing Account-based Marketer and a member of the local Integrated Account Teams (IAT) within the Region they support. The individual in this role will work across a broad, multi-disciplinary group of regional account stakeholders to develop patient-driven strategy and marketing solutions, creating opportunities for Internal Medicine & Antiviral (IM & AV) priority products with influential Health Systems.

The remainder of the ACE Director’s time will include cross-functional work on advanced projects and key initiatives to inform and shape current and future Health System engagement across IM &AV Key Account Management (KAM). Internal stakeholder collaboration includes, but is not limited to, ACE Agency of Record, Brand Marketing, HIT Colleagues, KAM Platform & Enablement colleagues, Legal, Compliance, Medical, Procurement, and Digital.
