      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive profitable sales growth through upselling and retention while meeting or exceeding sales goals
      - Manage and update sales pipeline information for prospect accounts and incoming leads
      - Learn and execute the sales process for CT products and services, specifically targeting Law Firms
      - Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
      - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of employer services, industry trends, and business acumen

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing
      - Minimum of 2 years of inside business-to-business sales experience
      - Proven track record of over-quota sales achievement
      - Experience with high call volume activity and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
      - Strong consultative sales approach and ability to develop prospect lists

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling complex professional services and enterprise solutions
      - Background in UCC, Registered Agent, Corporate Reporting, and Business Licensing services
      - Familiarity with record-keeping and order entry systems such as One World, Arrow, and Voyager
      - Proven ability to translate networking contacts into legitimate business opportunities
      - Experience formulating high-level and tactical strategies in the sales process
