- Shift: M-F 7:30/8:00a - 4:00/4:30p Central
- Occasional on-call Sat morning support for sign-off
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as thesciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 1+ years experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
- Knowledge or experience in electronic assemblies
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF)circuits and components
- Basic knowledge of the field's standards and specifications
- Desire to engage in continuous Improvement - to make things better
- Computer literacy
- Ability to focus on important information and identify key details
- Capability of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on tasks
- Application of basic engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
- Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
- Some relevant manufacturing engineering experience

At Honeywell - Olathe, we produce the Avionics products that help keep Air Travel safe for commercial and business travelers. In this role, you will identify, design, develop, and improve processes and requirements as part of a highly engaged and integrated engineering team. You will be a technical focal point for a subset of Olathe's products and processes, and part of a broader Honeywell Aerospace advanced manufacturing engineering team creating solutions that meet the dynamic needs of our products. By collaborating with internal customers and broader engineering teams, you will help to influence manufacturing cost, yield, and schedule execution. You will partner with technical experts, to leverage advanced tools and techniques to optimize manufacturing processes, and deliver high impact business results.
