  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Architect, develop, and implement key backend game systems and services
  - Design and maintain scalable and secure backend infrastructure in collaboration with central technology teams
  - Collaborate with project engineering to produce high-quality, low-latency code
  - Perform peer code reviews to maintain high coding standards
  - Mentor junior engineers and guide them on new features and best practices
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in cross-functional teams
  - Proven experience with at least one large-scale multiplayer online game title
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  - Strong understanding of server architecture, cloud computing, and backend services
  - Proficient in networking protocols and multiplayer systems, including Unreal Engine's specific features
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Passion for online multiplayer RPGs with extensive experience in online gaming
  - Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in online gaming
  - Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and live game deployment strategies
  - Familiarity with anti-cheat solutions and game security best practices
  - Understanding of performance analysis and optimization techniques
