What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Train, educate, and support clinical teams on the proper use of the Impella device
- Engage with customers to ensure optimal patient outcomes through full customer immersion
- Provide device expertise and support for the adoption of the Impella product portfolio
- Collaborate with various internal teams including Surgical Leadership, Training, and Marketing
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers to assess clinical and educational needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; RNFA, Nurse Practitioner, Surgical Physician’s Assistant, or Perfusionist licensure
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Cardiac Surgery/Perfusion preferred
- Direct patient management experience in a cardiothoracic ICU or CVOR required
- Confidence and familiarity with cardiac surgery and operating room protocols
- Valid driver's license issued in the United States required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with Abiomed Impella 5.5 or other cardiac medical devices highly desired
- Willingness to travel and cover multiple geographies
- Ability to drive patient outcomes effectively
