      Description

      Job Summary

      To assist the Action Park manager in all aspects of park operation and employee guidance/supervision.

      Essential Functions:

      • Organize staff for attractions based on schedules and abilities.
      • Distribute instructions and projects to staff, and follow up on progress
      • Complete daily paperwork according to parameters and file properly
      • Customer/Employee Service
      • Maintain the highest safety standards and code compliance for guests and staff daily.
      • Other duties as requested by the Manager, Senior Team, or VP/GM

      Requirements:

      • Have a passion for the outdoors and the sports that surround it.
      • Must be able to work outdoors in all mountain conditions.
      • Must be able to deal with high volumes of people in a friendly, courteous manner.
      • Must have a college degree or equivalent work experience.
      • Able to work well with others in a TEAM environment.
      • Must be willing to adhere to the department's appearance code.
      • Must be reliable.
      • Must be able to work Holidays and Weekends.
      • Must be able to stand the entire shift.
      • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
      • Able to work with no supervision
      • Able to Lead a TEAM
      • Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgments, while remaining calm under pressure.
      • Must become knowledgeable in all Activities of the Company.
      • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
      • Team player – be flexible and open to new ideas and changing priorities.

      Other Skills/Abilities:

      • Work closely with multiple departments.
      • Help out in other areas as needed.
      • Able to facilitate and satisfy displeased guests.
