      The Role

      Job Title: Advertising Operations Specialist

      Length: 12 months

      Location: Remote

      Hourly Pay Range: $30-35

      Brainrider is seeking a Advertising Operations Specialist to join our client embedded team. As a detail-oriented and customer-focused Advertising Operations Specialist you'll support businesses in maximizing the value of our clients advanced Ads products. You will serve as a key point of contact for advertisers, working to diagnose and resolve issues, offer tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support. You will also play a critical role in identifying patterns and recommending product or process improvements to minimize future friction and enhance the overall user experience.

      What you'll do

      • Understand the product offering, business problem, and technical solution, and be able to communicate them clearly
      • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
      • Work directly with external clients and build trust to solve their challenges in adopting our product
      • Develop clear and concise written reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
      • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions

      What you'll bring

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
      • Verbal and written communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
      • Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
      • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
      • Ability to accurately document and record business information.
      • Professional working proficiency in Spanish is a plus
