What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Increase sales and grow territory AUM by engaging with financial advisors and conducting presentations
- Develop and implement strategic business plans in collaboration with internal sales support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and registered representatives
- Utilize data and technology to effectively capture sales and expand market share
- Adhere to compliance regulations while completing necessary administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, finance, sales, or marketing, or equivalent experience
- Must be fully licensed (Series 7, Series 63)
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time
- Minimum of five years of external wholesaling experience
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively as both an individual contributor and a team player
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing relationships with advisors and centers of influence in the territory
- Demonstrated track record of success within assigned broker-dealer firms
- Additional industry designations (i.e., CIMA, CFA)
