      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the employer’s Advisor Education program at industry events, strengthening the firm's value proposition
      - Collaborate with U.S. Global Wealth Management teams to design programs that enhance advisor engagement and loyalty
      - Research and develop educational content on practice management, wealth planning, and investment strategies
      - Deliver impactful presentations and training materials through webinars and in-person events
      - Support key client relationships and provide training for Account Managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; advanced certifications (CFP, CIMA, CPWA, CFA) strongly preferred
      - 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry
      - Recognized thought leadership within the wealth management space
      - Proven experience in developing educational content related to practice management and financial planning
      - Ability to travel up to 50% for conferences, events, and client meetings

      - Strong writing and content development skills to simplify complex concepts
      - Demonstrated ability to present confidently to large audiences at industry conferences
      - Knowledge of the financial advisor and RIA landscape
      - Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse advisor needs and evolving market conditions
      - Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
