What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert on a client-facing sales team
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide product demonstrations
- Answer product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues
- Provide feedback to product management for enhancements that address customer needs
- Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Finance or banking experience in Canada
- Federal experience in Canada
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions

- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence
