      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a thought leader on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for the employer
      - Develop and maintain alignment with Product Management and Engineering teams for product enhancements
      - Create and manage programs to train Solution Consultants and Sellers on ITAM and EAM value
      - Assist sales personnel in qualifying customer needs and creating business cases
      - Deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with 5 years in hands-on technical roles related to ITAM
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including technical and business concepts
      - Strong presales experience or ServiceNow implementation experience
      - Experience working with healthcare payer, provider, or life science organizations
      - Must be located in Eastern or Central time zones and willing to support various time zones for customer interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the ServiceNow ITAM product suite or key competitor software and hardware asset management products
      - Proven ability to forge strong business relationships across various organizational levels
      - Experience in competitive analysis and understanding market positioning
