      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist sales personnel in qualifying enterprise customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis
      - Serve as the lead technical advisor for strategic accounts
      - Provide mentoring and training to peers and colleagues
      - Conduct demonstrations of products tailored to prospects and existing customers
      - Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a relevant product area
      - Strong pre-sales experience, preferably in ITSM & ITOM
      - Experience selling into or working with Pharma/Life Sciences
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and business concepts
      - Background in ITIL, Service Management, Asset Management, IT Management, or IT Operations Management

      - Experience leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
      - Mastery of the sales process with a proven track record as a trusted advisor
      - Technical expertise in web technology and a willingness to learn new technology
