What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist sales personnel in qualifying enterprise customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis
- Act as the lead technical advisor for strategic accounts, providing mentoring and training to peers
- Demonstrate products to prospects and existing customers, tailoring presentations to their needs
- Deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements and respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Collaborate with Sales Personnel and Professional Services for deployment preparations and transition briefings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a product-specific area
- Strong pre-sales experience, with ITSM & ITOM experience being advantageous
- Experience working with or selling into Pharma/Life Sciences
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and business concepts
- Background in ITIL, Service Management, Asset Management, IT Management, or IT Operations Management
