What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Champion advocacy marketing efforts across various platforms, including online communities and events
- Manage the Online Customer Community to enhance engagement and communication with members
- Coordinate with clients to develop testimonials and case studies, including interviewing and story development
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, sales, and other internal teams to support customer marketing strategies
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot and Salesforce.com)
- Strong organizational skills and a diligent work ethic
- Demonstrated project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building relationships with clients as Brand Advocates and Ambassadors
- Familiarity with customer satisfaction surveys and advocacy programs
- Creative thinking and strong writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to take on various tasks to meet project deadlines
