- Experienced Agile / Scrum practitioner
- Requirements gathering (epics / user stories / acceptance criteria – we use Gherkin format)
- Strong communication skills
- Has worked directly w/ business stakeholders, is an effective negotiator, applies critical thinking to business requests and makes alternate recommendations when appropriate
- Test case authoring + QA testing using a test tool such as Synapse RT or HP ALM (we have a QA person on the team now, but analysts assist as needed)
- Has worked on at least two AEM development teams (Adobe Managed Services 6.5, On-prem 6.5, or AEM cloud service platform)
- Hands-on with AEM authoring interface and has experience supporting and troubleshooting issues with business content authors
- Can demonstrate understanding of AEM sites/assets features – DAM (dynamic asset manager), components, dynamic templates, experience fragments, content fragments
- Able to articulate (functionally, not code) specific examples of how their teams approached customizing the platform to meet the business’ specific needs
- Prior experience with WCAG accessibility requirements and testing
- Hands-on experience with additional back-office AEM functionality (deploying builds in Cloud Manager, content syncing, user administration, ACS commons tools, dispatcher cache clearing, server log files, etc.)
- AEM Forms experience
- Experience working on teams who migrated to AEM cloud service platform
- Educational background in a technical discipline such as computer science or engineering and/or prior experience as a software developer
- Prior experience with our specific tools – Jira, Confluence, SynapseRT
- Experience working on >2 AEM development teams
- Experience working at other financial institutions or another heavily-regulated industry
