What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute marketing plans for RTI in the Aerospace & Defense industry
- Develop industry messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Create and edit A&D content, including speaking abstracts, event messaging, blog posts, and presentations
- Coordinate and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Collaborate with market development and sales teams to contribute to corporate content and communication channels
- Build relationships with partner organizations for co-marketing and sales enablement programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in industry and/or partner marketing in B2B environments
- Excellent writing and editing abilities
- Proven experience executing marketing campaigns in the Aerospace and Defense market
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build consensus and make decisions quickly
