What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create modification design data packages for post-delivery aircraft integration
- Ensure timely production and quality of Service Bulletin deliverables
- Communicate effectively with Systems Engineers and Production Managers
- Build and manage the Certification Dossier for modification approvals
- Provide assistance during working parties and address customer queries regarding Service Bulletins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Civil)
- Approximately 1+ years of experience in an engineering role
- Must be a US Person under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen, green card holder, or covered under ITAR license)
- Proficiency with G Suite and ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and resolve technical discussions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Minor in Computer Science
- Experience in the aircraft customer service field (Airline, MRO, or Maintenance)
- Familiarity with Airbus programs (A380, A350, etc.)
- Skills in data analysis and interpretation
