      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely delivery of retrofit solutions and scheduled maintenance services
      - Provide on-site assistance for airline partners, focusing on the evaluation of maintenance programs and service bulletins
      - Assess aircraft status when deviations from standard maintenance procedures occur and define recovery actions
      - Monitor subcontractor performance by tracking key metrics and leading quality reviews
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in tools and governance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience in the aircraft customer service field, including airline, MRO, or maintenance experience
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite applications
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
      - Authorized to work in the U.S.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Service Bulletin content, processes, and RDAF management
      - Experience in aircraft maintenance and airline operations
