What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the primary care of patients who have undergone cosmetic surgery, focusing on post-operative care and pain management
- Identify and manage complications related to wound skin-care management
- Document and execute pre/post-operative instructions from surgeons, ensuring comprehensive patient information management
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop coordinated care plans and interventions for patients
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and maintain cleanliness in postoperative areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid Registered Nurse degree from an accredited nursing school
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Ability to obtain an RN license in the state of employment within 60 days of receiving an offer
- Active BLS and ACLS certification
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
