**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
- Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and ablation products
- Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac solutions products and procedures
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and strategize potential sales opportunities
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- High school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
- Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day and drive approximately 25-50% of the time
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the cardiac field
- Proven track record in technical training assignments
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or medical sales providing technical/clinical support
