What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiological mapping and navigation systems
- Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and navigation products
- Promote the safe and effective use of medical technology in clinical settings
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify and pursue sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
- Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
- Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and interact with technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular sciences, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
- Proven track record in technical training assignments
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
