What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitoring and implementing changes in HUD and LIHTC regulations and requirements
- Maintaining proper maintenance of tenant files and computer records according to regulations
- Determining financial eligibility for new admissions into the affordable program
- Reviewing applicant files and monitoring waitlists for compliance
- Providing training programs to educate site teams on requirements and responsibilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years' experience as a Compliance professional in affordable housing programs
- COS or Tax Credit certification required, HCCP preferred
- Knowledge of HUD regulations, EIV, Reasonable Accommodation Requests, LIHTC income limits, and Fair Housing
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Real Estate Licensing
- Experience with Project Based Section 8 HUD
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Familiarity with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Regulations
