      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete intakes and case closures for eligible Afghan clients
      - Provide administrative support throughout the client assistance process
      - Maintain accurate records of client assessments
      - Collaborate with Peer Support Specialists during the service period
      - Participate in community enrollment fairs and service events operated by the program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of experience in social work, counseling, or related fields
      - Bilingual or multilingual communication skills in Pashto and/or Dari are required
      - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written forms
      - Strong interpersonal skills to present a positive demeanor to clients and staff
      - Must pass pre-employment requirements of the employer

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced knowledge of social adjustment services
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to remain calm during difficult circumstances and emergencies
      - Experience in client intake and assessment processes
