What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize Wellsky for scheduling and caregiver management
- Support caregivers during their shifts
- Answer client and prospective client inquiries
- Document outcomes and follow-up communication with caregivers and clients
- Provide reports to the office team as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong phone etiquette and people skills
- Experience in home care or medical staffing
- Detail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work after hours and during on-call times
- High School diploma and Home Care Aide License issued by the California Dept of Social Services
