      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between the employer and agents, managing relationships to drive profitable growth
      - Conduct training and mentorship for agents and their staff on products, policies, and procedures
      - Monitor agency results and ensure compliance with company initiatives and pricing philosophies
      - Perform inspections and provide risk improvement recommendations based on the Loss Control Guide
      - Maintain open communication with agents and corporate departments to foster collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6+ years of underwriting, marketing, or field underwriting experience
      - Proven track record in establishing and achieving business goals
      - Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Self-motivated and able to work independently, preferably from a remote location
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal business software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred
      - 4 years of experience in Agency Management and rating
      - 3 years of experience in Claims and loss control-inspection
