      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer assigned elements of the agent contracting relationship to ensure compliance and a strong customer service experience
      - Process agent applications and review submitted onboarding documents for accuracy
      - Respond to agent inquiries and manage agent transitions due to death, including system updates
      - Assist with compliance monitoring and process necessary agent terminations
      - Provide general administrative support to the department, ensuring timely processing of agent correspondence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - Strong initiative to complete tasks with proactive, critical thinking
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards
      - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
      - Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and the Internet
