      Work Schedule: Required to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, PST, MST or CST hours depending on location or preference.

      Job Summary:

      As an Agent Onboarding Specialist, you are responsible for creating a seamless process for real estate agents to join Real - and get up and running with their business. You will be one of the first points of contact for agents joining Real - helping to answer their questions, explain Real, and guide them through their application and onboarding process. You will also serve as a process and task master - ensuring everything is done to onboard the agent. The Onboarding Team is organized regionally and you will be the go-to process person for your region. Past experience being in a brokerage operations role is a must to be considered for this opportunity.

      Duties/Responsibilities:
      • Facilitate Onboarding: Manage the agent's application from submission to approval; facilitate the license transfer with help from the Broker Team; review all items for compliance; approve the application; and help the agent get set up after approval.
      • Agent Support: Guide agents through the onboarding process; answer any questions they have regarding their application; the license transfer process; how to join their Board/MLS; how to transfer listings and transactions; and how to get set up at Real.
      • Training and Technical Assistance: where needed, schedule meetings with agents to explain Real, our tools, our systems; and help them get up to speed.
      • Process Development: develop and manage the license transfer and board/mls transfer processes for your region; including approved communications/responses to agents.
      • Stakeholder Management: work with the Broker team to understand the processes and requirements for your region; build processes and guidance to help agents navigate both Real's processes and State, Board, and MLS processes.

      Required Skills/Abilities:
      • Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot, identify improvements, and make simple decisions independently.
      • Strong team player with a results driven approach and who can work with limited guidance.
      • The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information


      Education and Experience:
      • Bachelor's degree preferred
      • Experience in brokerage operations is a must with direct experience onboarding agents in a mid-large size real estate brokerage a plus
      • Experience with standard software, such as G-SUITE, MS Office, Adobe Sign, ZenDesk, and Pipedrive (or other CRM)
