      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell BiggerPockets products as marketing solutions to investor-friendly real estate agents
      - Conduct cold calls and make multiple outbound calls to potential clients
      - Maintain a CRM (Hubspot) with prospective client information
      - Manage the sales process from prospecting to outreach to contract signing
      - Collaborate with leadership and Customer Success to enhance agent satisfaction and pipeline building

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
      - Excellent relationship-building skills and a genuine desire to assist customers
      - Strong organizational, written, and communication skills
      - Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities
      - Data literacy and the ability to analytically demonstrate the impact of your work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required
      - Demonstrated ability to create and implement new processes from scratch
      - Experience working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
