What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain communication with Direct Agents and Nationwide Vendors to support recovery operations
- Utilize client-provided systems to claim assignments for Agents to recover
- Process assignments that clients put on hold or close in a timely manner
- Review recovery attempts by Agents to find new information
- Act as a primary point-of-contact for Agents for advanced needs or issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extremely organized and highly motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates commitment to teamwork
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Successful completion of drug screen and background investigation
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years collections and/or Skip Tracking experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the repossession industry or similar field
