      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive customer discovery and validate use cases to identify high-value customer problems
      - Analyze product usage and behavioral signals to uncover automation opportunities
      - Prototype and scope new agent concepts in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
      - Monitor agent performance in production by tracking key metrics and prioritizing improvements
      - Document agent workflows and best practices for internal use and training purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in product, analytics, or technical customer-facing roles within SaaS or enterprise software
      - Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, or AI orchestration frameworks is a strong plus
      - Proven ability to work independently on medium-scope initiatives and balance tradeoffs
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather data and propose data-driven solutions
      - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with agentic AI applications or conversational AI technologies
      - Background in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with engineering and design partners
      - Familiarity with customer engagement strategies and product marketing
      - Knowledge of best practices for user experience and product design in AI applications
