- Be the champion in Agile Ways of Working and change agent to ensure the Agile adoption in DSV
- Coach existing Scrum teams and support initiation of new teams
- Act in different agile roles when necessary
- Train team members such as Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Owners and Project Managers in agile ways of working
- Contribute to establish agile mindset and best practices in DSV
- Eventually drive the establishment of Communities of Practices for roles such as Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Owners and Project Managers
- Hands-on experience in coaching and leading agile teams, either as RTE, Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
- Ability to adapt your approach and choice of techniques to the situations and people you encounter
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- An advantage if you have a SPC, RTE and/or Scrum Master certification

At our Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE), we support the massive growth DSV is undergoing. DSV has a high focus on developing and streamlining the Digital Products that we offer our customers.
More and more parts of DSV are working agile, and to support our Digital Products, we want to strengthen the way of working in DSV. This is where you come in.“You will be the key person in the continued improvement and developing of our agile teams and help DSV to succeed with our digital ambitions” says Team lead, Lean-Agile Center of Excellence Niels Jacobsen.
We have already started but Agile WoW is still new to DSV
Joining the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence you will gain 2 new colleagues in our global team. LACE is organizational part of the Project Management Office. We work closely with other parts of the organisation such as Group IT.
You will be responsible for coaching and engaging all roles involved in the agile programs. The agile teams are the most important factor for our digital ambitions, and you will be the change agent, fostering continuous improvements of ways of working in DSV.
We are currently not aiming at changing the entire organisation, but starting with unifying the teams which have already started the journey. Our approach is to get experience with a smaller part of the organisation before we scale. LACE is supporting the Agile transition on a continuous basis as more and more areas are working agile.

We are looking for an agile swiss army knife
In this early phase of your team’s existence, you will take on many different roles. Overall, your primary task long term will be guiding and coaching on agile ways of working throughout our organisation, including scaling agile. You will do so by providing training, coordinating, and coaching the transition of the team, and advising management. Your primary work location will be Hedehusene, with flexibility to work from home.
Your responsibility will require you to:
Hands on experience is an advantage
Naturally, your coordinating and coaching skills are finely tuned. Your ability to listen and receive feedback will help you when coaching teams. You can explain the importance of agile and how to utilise the agile toolbox.
Qualifications:
As a person you are empathic and energetic and excel in a fast-paced environment. You are able to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. You have an analytic mindset enabling you to understand the context that you are operating in.
Your communication skills are high and you feel confident presenting to larger audiences.
Are passionate about agile ways of working, and are eager to deliver value with your unique skillsetYou might have experience working with business owners or process owners.
If you have been part of initiating the journey of introducing agile ways of working in a larger organisation it is considered a plusYou are of cause fluency in English.
