Role Profile

• In this role, you will be joining our (AWS Engineering Team) within Cloud Engineering,

Corporate Technology and Cloud (CT) as an Agile Delivery Lead. You will be

instrumental in creating and supporting high-performing cross-functional software delivery

teams, with a focus on ensuring smooth flow from customer needs to operational services.

You will embrace and advocate for agile principles and culture influencing both customers

and stakeholders towards agile methodologies. The role entails a mix of Product

Management and classic Scrum Master responsibilities across multiple technical domains

like Azure or GCP.

Tech Profile/Essential Skills

• 10+ years overall technology delivery experience.

• 5+ years delivery/project experience.

• 5+ years’ experience in agile coaching, transformation, and knowledge of large-scale agile

• Familiarity with software engineering practices and Public Cloud projects.

• Global experience in working with teams across multiple locations.

• Expertise in Agile delivery and transformation: Agile delivery, project management

methodologies & tools.

• Proficiency in Scrum and large-scale Scrum or similar frameworks.

• Exceptional knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and methodologies such as LeSS and

SAFe.

• Strong collaboration, coaching and interpersonal communication skills, capable of

effectively working with all organisational levels.

• Ability to manage and influence a wide network of stakeholders, including senior

management.

• Excellent documentation skills, including writing effective epics/stories.
