- Lead and influence the business agility transformation within the organization, using effective communication strategies to promote and drive change.
- Evaluate current business operations using strong business analysis skills, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that inform, engage, and motivate employees and other stakeholders throughout the agility transformation process.
- Craft clear, compelling messages about our agility transformation for various audiences, including leadership, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Apply a marketing mindset to operational issues, finding creative ways to promote and embed agility within the organization.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and workshops to build agility capability within the organization.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to facilitate the transition to more agile ways of working.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of agility initiatives, communicating progress and results effectively to all stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business operations, marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Experience driving agile transformations or implementing agile principles in a business setting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret business data.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively lead change management initiatives and explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Innovative mindset with a track record of driving change and influencing organizational culture.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
The Agile Enablement Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the Corporate Technology agility transformation. This position uniquely combines the analytical skills of a business analyst, the persuasive and clear communication of a corporate communications specialist, and the innovative approach of a marketer. A key aspect of this role will be the ability to use effective communication strategies to drive organization-wide change. The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, adept at managing change, and able to bring thought leadership to the table.
