What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise, plan, and lead project teams to implement and sustain cloud solutions for CRM and Contact Centers
- Manage and oversee project scopes of work (SOW) within the IT domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and functionality across projects
- Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum frameworks and Kanban, to drive project success
- Leverage tools such as JIRA, Asana, Rally, or Clickup for project management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong background in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Proven experience engaging with cross-functional stakeholders within the IT/SaaS sector
- At least 6 years of SOW management experience within the IT domain
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA (preferred), Asana, Rally, or Clickup
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Certifications such as PMP (preferred), CSM, PMI-ACP, or PSM
