What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coach and guide 1-2 scrum teams to ensure product deliverables are met within the agile framework
- Facilitate Scrum events and promote Scrum adoption across the organization
- Identify and proactively address systemic impediments to maintain team productivity
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders for backlog refinement and prioritization
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and help teams achieve their goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time Scrum Master experience
- At least 6 years of software development/maintenance experience, including Scrum Master responsibilities
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM(I)) certification or above
- Ability to lead teams towards self-organization and adherence to Agile/Scrum principles
- BS or MS degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not required
