      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and manage project plans and timelines based on Agile workflows, adjusting as needed
      - Provide weekly updates on release progress and create monthly status reports
      - Collaborate with Product and Business teams on Quarterly Roadmaps
      - Maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions) log and ensure it is up to date
      - Oversee and expand the Information Systems Portfolio while providing guidance to team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, environmental science, or a related technical discipline preferred
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the software or technical industry
      - Experience with Project Management fundamentals and Agile methodologies (scrum and/or Kanban)
      - Proven skills in building and implementing process maps with teams
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Slack, and SharePoint
      - Experience with design tools like Lucid or Figma
      - Background in energy efficiency or renewable energy domains
