- Network with contractors and farmers to educate them on the benefits of using Springfield Plastics pipe
- Increase market share in assigned territory and maintain existing customer relationships
- Attend seasonal trade shows
- Travel within assigned territory on a daily basis
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in agriculture and sales industry
- Must be based out of own home
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and schedule daily tasks
- Knowledge of computers and smartphones for effective communication

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in agricultural sales or related field
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software
