      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct crisis screenings over the phone with individuals seeking shelter entry
      - Provide emotional support, trauma-informed crisis intervention, advocacy, and safety planning
      - Offer problem-solving, education, and appropriate community referrals
      - Ensure strict confidentiality and document all calls in required systems
      - Stay updated on best practices and internal policies related to domestic violence and shelter eligibility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Quiet workspace with reliable Wi-Fi connection
      - Ability to answer every call that comes to the hotline during shift
      - Proficiency in navigating and utilizing digital platforms for information tracking
      - Excellent communication skills and adherence to agency policies and procedures
      - Regular attendance to virtual supervision, staff meetings, ongoing training, and quarterly meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, or stalking services
