What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of B2C sales experience
- Proven track record of closing sales
- Strong understanding of Salesforce or other CRM solutions
- Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to maintain phone conversations for full shifts
